A couple of weeks ago I found a blog by a company based in Boston called Yale Appliance. I was enthralled... it was the most informative blog (for this industry anyway) that I've come across. I shot them a comment to tell them how very much I appreciated their insight... with a quick email response and a little appliance-plumbing-goo-goo-gah-gah talk back and forth I sent them a couple kitchens I've recently completed. Low and behold they featured me on their blog today. I'm beyond flattered. Check it out here. The appliances in the kitchen above are from GM Appliance and the cabinets are by Kay Fuller & Sons... reclaimed antique pine floors (previously barn siding) are also from Kay Fuller & Sons (Albany, GA).
A little list of happies that I used in this kitchen:

woooooooooo - hoooooooo! so weird. as soon as i saw the image i said exactly the following in mind "e did that(keep in mind i've not actually seen that kitchen before - i just KNEW)... what's it doing on that other blog?" - to my delight i read on to learn that not only was i correct (guilty pleasure: being right) but also my precious husband got a shout out! best blog of the day!!! xo

I'm about to redo a bathroom and also feel like I used to love subway tile. What are my alternatives? I still love it but everyone I know has used it lately
