A whole post dedicated to food trucks... and you forgot this one!?
El Taconazo is a mobile taco stand in Round Top, Texas. Owned and operated by Gonzalez Alvarez. The tacos were so good JJ (Courtney's husband) ate 9 in one seating.
I was leery. The last thing I wanted was food poisoning whilst staying in a 150 square foot camper trailer with total strangers.
No food poisoning. All was well.
It's not an airstream. No fancy graphics (however, I do prefer these hand-drawn graphics). But darn good tacos.
Just sayin'.

OH MY GOSH!!! I completely forgot about this taco truck. HOW in the world did you find out the owner's name?!!!! This picture is priceless.

That was a glorious day and Gonzo and I hit it off, he loved me for buying all his delicious tacos and I loved him for only charging $0.75per taco!! That was a great relationship and anyone who knows me should know to stop and pump me full of food before shopping (not after, like in this case) because I really won't pay attention to what is being bought!! UMMMM TACCCCOOOOSSSSS
